Bernetta A. (Morrison) Sturm, 80 of Council Bluffs passed away September 23, 2009 at her home. She lived with her daughters Diane and Cheryl Sturm and great granddaughter Courtney Holland.
She was born in Little Sioux, Iowa on June 23, 1929 to the late Minnie and Lennox Morrison. Bernetta was a supervisor for Frito Lay and sold Avon for many years.
In addition to her parents, Bernetta is preceded in death by her husband Burnett Sturm, 12 brothers and sisters and granddaughter Dawnell Meier Holland.
Bernetta is survived by her son Roger (Gayle) Sturm; daughters Mona (Fred) Meier, Diane Sturm, Denise (Mark) Jones, Gloria (Kevin) Cutkomp, Cheryl Sturm, brother Milton Morrison and sister Betty Obrecht, 9 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren, 2 great great grandchildren and a host of other family and friends.
She was a past member of Redeemer Lutheran church and then became a member at Faith Lutheran Church. Bernetta enjoyed spending time with her family.
