Obituary for Daniel J. Morgan
Daniel J. Morgan, age 61, of Carter Lake passed away on Sunday, December 12, 2021 at Mercy Hospital.
He was born on April 19, 1960 in Omaha, Nebraska to Marjorie McWilliams. Daniel was a baker for James Skinner Bakery in Omaha for 30 years, retiring in 2015. He married Lauri Zaloudek on December 10, 1982.
Daniel was preceded in death by his mother, Marjorie McWilliams; sister, Cindy Morgan; stepfather, Frank Gindelsperger.
Survivors include his wife of 39 years, Lauri Morgan of Carter Lake; 4 daughters, Amber Morgan and significant other, Dwaine Wright of Omaha; Danielle Morgan of Tulsa, OK.; Cayla and Ryan Anderson of Council Bluffs; Emily and Christopher Knudtson of Bellevue; son, Taylor Morgan and significant other Madysen Jones of Carter Lake; 6 grandchildren; aunts, uncles and other relatives.
Celebration of Life Visitation on Saturday, December 18, 2021 from 2:00 - 4:00 PM at Maher Funeral Home. Family will direct memorials.
