Helen Orlene Rasmussen, age 89, passed away January 26, 2009 at Northcrest Care and Rehabilitation Center. Helen was born May 7, 1919 in Council Bluffs to Grover Cleveland and Goldie Alberta (Stogdill) Howard. Helen was employed with Blue Star Foods on the assembly line.
Helen was preceded in death by her husband Henry Rasmussen (1995)
She is survived by her daughter Joyce Lawrence; son LeRoy and Linda Lang, stepchildren Larry Rasmussen, Sharon Petersen; sister Betty Lundy. Sister In Law Thelma Howard. Several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
