Janice Marie Lear Bigelow Cullin, age 75 of Council Bluffs, passed away June 27, 2010 at her home surrounded by her family after a 10 month battle with lung cancer. Janice was born September 2, 1934 to Earl & Lucille Lear. Janice worked as an administrative assistant for a variety of businesses in Council Bluffs throughout her career. She married Frank Bigelow & together they had 4 daughters; Diana (Joe) Metteer, Kristy (Tony) Redmond, Julie Bell all of Council Bluffs and Collette (Mahlon) Carothers of Mapleton, Iowa. She later married Jim Cullin who passed away in 1998. She was also preceded in death by her parents and her brother Earl Lear, Jr.
Along with her 4 daughters those left to cherish her memory are her grandchildren and great grandchildren; Mike & Dawn Redmond and their children Micheal, Derek and Katelynn. Amy & Ken Block and their son Kenneth. Jeremy Redmond and his daughter Madison. Heather Bortolotti and her children Chelsea and Zachary. Joe Metteer, Jr. and his children Matthew and Leighton. Heidi & Roger Hite and their children Ashlie, Izayah and Taydem. Nicolle Rodriguez. Holly Redmond. Hope & Jeff Jones and their children Dillon & Hannah. Brent & Tara Bell and their children Aylexas, Tre and Tayanna. Courtney & Andrew Petersen. Lindsey & Alex Flanigan. She is also survived by her brother Robert (Ellen) Lear along with many nieces, nephews and close friends.

Interment will be in Lewis Township Cemetery.
Visitation: Visitation will be held Thursday 6-8 PM at Maher-Livingston Funeral Home.
Service: Normal 0 false false false EN-US X-NONE X-NONE MicrosoftInternetExplorer4 \r\nServices will be held Friday 10 am at the Open Door Baptist Church 27th & N Street, Council Bluffs.
