Obituary for Kay A. Johnson (Esancy) Campbell
CAMPBELL, KAY A. JOHNSON (ESANCY), age 83, of Council Bluffs, passed away on Saturday, May 18, 2019 at the Josie Harper Hospice House in Omaha.
She was born on August 14, 1935 in Holdredge, Nebraska to the late Clarence and Edna (Hamilton) Johnson. She was a Clerical Worker for Council Bluffs Saving Bank, Mutual of Omaha, First National Bank in Council Bluffs and Chanticleer Theatre. After retiring she and her husband Ted enjoyed traveling. They moved to Florida, then to Oklahoma, returning to Council Bluffs in 2009.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, Richard B. Esancy; second husband, Theodore “Ted” Campbell; 2 brothers and 2 sisters.
She is survived by daughter, Deb and Gerry Doty; son, Craig Campbell; 2 grandchildren, Jim Doty; Nicki and Mark Montelongo; 3 great-grandchildren; sisters, Peggy Salinas, Donna Gallo; brother, Chuck Johnson; numerous other relatives.
