Obituary for Larry Thomas Doebelin, Sr.
Larry Thomas Doebelin, Sr., age 78 of Council Bluffs, passed away October 2, 2016 at his home. Larry was born on April 25, 1938 in Council Bluffs to Frank L. and Patsy I. (Deyo) Doebelin, who preceded him in death. He was also preceded by brothers Michael Dean and Frank Jr. He worked for the Union Pacific Railroad and was a devoted family man. Larry is survived by his wife Betty (Calvert) Doebelin; children Patricia Martinez, Mark Doebelin, Paul Doebelin, Donna Doebelin, and Larry Doebelin, Jr. and wife Becky; granddaughters Charity Doebelin, Ashley Rollins, and Shelia Doebelin; grandsons Dylan Doebelin, Justin Martinez, Marcus Martinez, Anthony Martinez, and Ryan Doebelin; great-grandchildren Damion Doebelin, Caitlyn Doebelin, Nicole Doebelin, Ezekiel Martinez, Crystal Martinez, Conner Martinez, and Ava Rollins. Sister Carolyn Arch and brother Donald Doebelin. Numerous nieces and nephews.
