Obituary for Matthew B. Rolfe
Matthew Brandon Rolfe, age 41, passed away on December, 28, 2021.
Mathew was born on October 14, 1980 in Council Bluffs, Iowa. After graduation, Matt joined the Army National Guard. He had the most contagious laugh. Matt loved to tell jokes and get everyone around him laughing. He was always the life of the party. Although Matt's family was very small, he always cherished what he had. His son was the light of his life. Matt was very strong willed. Once he had a plan or a goal to attain, he worked very hard to achieve it and never gave up. Matt loved music, 70s rock especially. To say he was Led Zeppelin's biggest fan would be an understatement. He would always say "if it's too loud, you're too old."
Matt was preceded in death by his parents, Charles and LaVonne Crane. He is survived by his son, Logan and his mother Melissa Stone; sister, Ashley (Allison) Duley; lifelong friend, A.J. Beber and family; many friends.
Services Tuesday 11:00 a.m. at the Maher Funeral Home. Interment Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation Monday 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Funeral Home.
