Phyllis Darlene Westcott, age 82 of Council Bluffs, passed away November 17, 2009 at Woodlands Rehabilitation. Phyllis was born November 14, 1927 In Missouri Valley to Dell and Clara (Hatcher) Cleaver.
Phyllis is preceded in death by her husband John (1959) and her son John, Jr. (1993).
She is survived by her sons Gary Westcott and wife Robbin, James Westcott and his wife Michelle, daughter Marie and husband Kelly Smith; seven grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren; brothers Leonard Cleaver and Larry Cleaver; sisters Joy Adkins, Jackie Gale, Odetta Roach, and Linda Hand. Nieces and nephews.

Interment will be at Lewis Township Cemetery.
