Robert Joseph (Joey) Allen, age 20, passed away February 8, 2009 at Mercy Hospital.Â
Joey was born January 29, 1989 in Omaha to Randy and Julie (Carmichael) Allen. He was employed with VODEC with data entry.
Joey is survived by his father and stepmother Randy and Teresa Allen; mother Julie Dougall; sisters Trisha Hultgren and Morgan Hultgren; brother Andy Hultgren; grandparents Bob and Vera Allen; aunt and uncle Tami and Rick Gump; cousins Chad and Samantha Gump, and Crystal Gump.
