Obituary for Susan K. Hendrix
Susan Kay Hendrix, 58, of Malvern, Iowa passed away December 19, 2009 at Jennie Edmundson Hospital. Susan was born December 2, 1951 in Oelwein, Iowa to James G. and Gertrude (Cunard) Rolf, who precede her in death.
She is survived by her husband Mike Smith; sons Steve and Susan Hendrix, Derek Hendrix and Matt Hendrix. Grandchildren Tyler Hendrix, Steven Hendrix, Brooke Pepperling, Justin Pepperling and Paxton Hendrix. Brothers Mike Rolf; Jim and Lona Rolf. Step father Marty Tague, aunts, uncles and cousins.
Memorials: In leu of flowers memorials are suggested to the family.
