Charles E. Fox, 81 of Shenandoah, IA passed away December 6th at The University of Nebraska Medical Center. Charles was born March 13, 1927 in Woodbine, IA to Charles & Lillian (Hobson) Fox. He lived in Council Bluffs until retiring as an Electrician for IBEW Locals #618 and #22 and a Member of Bluffs City Masonic Lodge AF & AM #71. He and his Wife Dorothy (Wilson) then moved to a farm in Villisca, IA until moving to Shenandoah in 1995.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother Blaine. He is survived by his wife of 60 years Dorothy, 3 sons Michael of Farragut, IA, Mark and Martin of Council Bluffs. 3 daughters Lynda and Greg Fox of New Jersey, Larraine Pannhof of Council Bluffs and Ann Fox of Shenandoah. Grandchildren Scott Pannhof and Susan Peterson and great grandchildren Andrew and Ashley Peterson.
