Naomi E. Belt, age 79, of Council Bluffs, passed away September 12, 2010 at her home.
Naomi was born July 31, 1931 in Modale, IA to Lester and Helen (McQueen) Herman, who preceded her in death. She worked as a licensed practical nurse and was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother.
Naomi is also preceded in death by her son Keith Belt and a grandson.
She is survived by her husband Carl Belt, daughters Deborah Rusher and husband Michael, Karlene Blankenship and husband Ty, Karen Upah and husband Sly; six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren; brothers Jim Herman and Bill Herman, sisters Alice Peterson and Charlotte Morris, nieces and nephews.
